Rocky II sees Rocky have a re-match with Apollo Creed and this time come out victorious. Before he does this though he has a hospital stay due to the fight from the original, he marries Adrian, he wastes his money quicker than he made it, he retires, he is challenged by Creed, he trains again with Mickey, Adrian has a baby and slips into a coma, she comes out of the coma, and then Rocky finally becomes the champ.
